The Landing is designed to be the gateway building to the new Eugene Riverfront District, a historically significant site in downtown Eugene. Before the redevelopment of the Riverfront District, this area was part of Eugene’s history of industrial production and was connected to Eugene’s unique Mill Raceway network. Goods such as flour, lumber, wool, furniture, and leather were produced here.

The Landing is a seven-story mixed use, multifamily project that includes 230 residential units, ground floor retail spaces, and secured underground parking. Amenities include two clubrooms, a fitness center, and two large outdoor amenity deck spaces; a west facing outdoor deck will include a reflecting pool, covered bbq grills, outdoor dining and seating. An east side facing outdoor deck will include space with turf for more active use such as fitness activities and yoga.

The building is constructed as 5 over 2, with five stories of wood construction over two stories of (non-combustible) concrete and steel. A structured parking garage will include space for 188 cars.

This building will be Earth Advantage Gold and Fitwel certified.
